LAKE FOREST, Calif. -- InSight Health Services Holdings Corp. ("InSight") today announced that management will host a conference call to discuss results for the fourth quarter and year ended June 30, 2004. InSight expects to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2004, with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday, Sept. 24, 2004. The call is scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 28, 2004, at 8 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time.
