Included in the new invoicing capabilities are a one-page summary of total account charges, credits and balance due, a payment summary that details credit card charges, and a conferencing summary section that provides information about specific calls at a glance. Expanded payment options, including credit card capabilities, provide additional flexibility for customers. An optional feature, available at no charge, is online traffic information about conference call usage, which includes originating numbers (ANI) for every caller that dialed into a reservationless call (where available), and extensive detail on each conference call, including related miscellaneous expenses (e.g., recordings, transcriptions, participation lists, etc.) Through a newly designed online user interface, customers are able to easily view their conferencing activity and export the data to a spreadsheet for more detailed analysis.
