W-H Energy Services Announces Conference Call

HOUSTON -- W-H Energy Services, Inc. (NYSE:WHQ) has scheduled the date of its release of third quarter results to occur prior to the open of the market on October 28, 2004. The earnings release will be followed by a conference call at 11:00 a.m. central time and is open to the public. The conference call will include a discussion of the third quarter 2004 results as well as expectations for the fourth quarter of 2004. A brief question and answer session will follow.
