Express Premium Event provides passcode entry into a conference while maintaining all the benefits of a premium service call, including music on hold, polling and Q&A, recording services, transcription and replay services. Clients receive a comprehensive participant list for the audio conference, including on and off times. A differentiator for Connex's Express Premium Event service is that for calls for which there is a replay, Connex sends a post-conference e-mail to all event registrants with access information to the replay.
